Google Fit data on my watch isn't syncing to my phone properly. This has been happening to quite a few users lately, it seems that disabling the Play Store on your watch may fix the issue as per my post here and this post. Pairing requests for my watch keep popping up on my phone, no matter what I do.

Update 2: Fixed with the latest version of the watch and phone apps, thanks to /u/OnePunkArmy for this tip. Update: fix coming soon, will be an update to the Messages app on the watch as per this Google Forum post, thanks to /u/bookworm326 for this tip. Replace the one in your phone with that after deleting your current Android Messages app and your issue should be fixed! Also be sure to go to the play store and uncheck auto update on Android Messages (thanks to /u/sleriche for this one).
