We are currently seeking to hire a Director of Information Technology to support the technology environment for E78 Partners based on key technology insights & a deep understanding of our business. *Responsibilities* * Manage information technology and computer systems * Plan, organize, control and evaluate IT and electronic data operations * Manage IT staff by recruiting, training and coaching employees, communicating job expectations and appraising their performance * Design, develop, implement and coordinate systems, policies and procedures * Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems * Act in alignment with user needs and system functionality to contribute to organizational policy * Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time * Audit systems and assess their outcomes * Preserve assets, information security and control structures * Handle annual budget and ensure cost effectiveness *Skills* * Proven working experience as an IT manager or relevant experience * Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis and of computer hardware/software systems * Expertise in data centre management and data governance * Hands-on experience with computer networks, network administration and network installation * Ability to manage personnel * BS in Computer Science, MIS or similar field Job Type: Full-time Pay: $10,000.00 - $15,000.00 per month Benefits: * Dental insurance * Flexible schedule * Health insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Monday to Friday Supplemental Pay: * Bonus pay Ability to commute/relocate: * Springfield, MA 01144: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Education: * Bachelor's (Preferred) Experience: * IT management: 2 years (Required) * PMP (Preferred) Work Location: One locationĭirector of Information Technology - MUST LIVE IN Chicago AREA E78 Partners delivers tailored accounting, finance and technology solutions that reduce risk and drive value creation.
